Independent scientific testing concluded use of the Concave resulted in 30% improved accuracy. Independent player tests alsoshowed an increase in power of 15%. Professional player testing using radar gun technology has shown over an 18 metres distance, the ball traveled on average 15kms an hour faster. This means greater distance and accuracy in passing and shooting with less effort required to achieve the same result. Independent testing has proven that the design of the Concave boot significantly increases the performance in the critical areas of accuracy, power and control. Both machine testing and human testing were conducted by Australia’s largest technology consulting firm, Invetech Pty Ltd. and Monash University.



SAFETY and PROTECTION

In addition to improved performance, Concave provides two very important safety features:

Shank Balance Stabilizer (SBS) provides support and reinforcement to the mid-foot area to help control balance between the front and rear of the foot. The SBS protects from an over extension of the middle of the boot. Too much flexibility in this area can lead to metatarsal bone damage.

MetaGuard. Concave’s unique upper design, which comprises a flexible layer of TPU and reinforced cushioning foam composite offers increased protection against the occurrence of metatarsal injuries by adding a protective layer to the top of the foot.
